Legal Aspects of E-economy

A series of lectures devoted to a growing number of legislative initiatives related to e-commerce and e-economy in the European Union, Poland and the world. The course will focus on issues, such as liability of intermediaries in cyberspace, AI regulation, blockchain and smart contracts as well as key laws binding Poland and the EU countries related to new technologies.
